Pickup

After purchasing an item at Raleigh Furniture Gallery, you’re welcome to pick it up directly from our store or from our nearby offsite storage location. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly ask that you give us a call at least one business day before your planned arrival. This allows us to make sure that your item is readily available and that we have the appropriate staff on hand to assist with loading your purchase safely and securely into your vehicle.

By coordinating in advance, we can minimize wait times and ensure your pickup process is as convenient and hassle-free as possible. Whether you’re picking up a small accent piece or a larger, heavier item, our team is here to help make the process go smoothly so you can enjoy your new furniture with ease.

Delivery

We are pleased to offer local white glove delivery, starting at a flat rate of $150. For years, we have partnered with a trusted third-party delivery service to ensure your items are transported safely and placed directly into your home. This reliable and convenient service is designed to make your experience as seamless as possible, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture without any hassle.
 

Raleigh Furniture Gallery’s flat rate delivery includes professional handling of your item(s), starting with pickup from our location, careful blanket wrapping for protection, and delivery into your home, including up stairs if needed. Please note that this rate covers the delivery and placement of your new furniture but does not include moving any existing furniture within your home or disposal of any other pieces. If you require any additional services, there may be an added fee, which you will arrange directly with the third-party delivery service. We are committed to ensuring your items arrive in your home in pristine condition, while providing a stress-free delivery experience.

Shipping

At Raleigh Furniture Gallery, we proudly offer worldwide shipping, having successfully delivered items as far as Indonesia. We understand that shipping costs are a significant concern, so we strive to be transparent about how they are determined. Costs can vary widely based on the size, weight, and fragility of the item, as well as the destination.
 
For large or delicate items, shipping quotes can range from a few hundred dollars to occasionally thousands, especially for large pieces or sets or those requiring special handling. We do our best to quickly provide you with an initial estimate based on our experience and the general details of the item. To ensure the most accurate and competitive rates, we work with professional shipping services like uShip and Plycon Group to source exact quotes. Please note that obtaining these precise quotes can take up to two weeks, as we coordinate with various carriers to find the best solution for your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we take the necessary steps to safely deliver your item to you.

Hold Policy

After your purchase at Raleigh Furniture Gallery, we are happy to hold your item(s) for up to 30 days at no additional charge. We understand that coordinating pick-up or delivery can sometimes take time, so we offer this complimentary storage period to accommodate your needs.
 
If you require longer storage, we can continue to hold your item(s) beyond the initial 30 days, but please note that a storage fee of $50 per item will be applied for each additional month. This policy helps us manage space efficiently while ensuring your furniture is securely stored until you’re ready for it. Should you anticipate needing extended storage, we encourage you to communicate with us so we can make the appropriate arrangements and avoid any inconvenience.
